and translating it into a home is the cornerstone of Bob Hancock's position at Design Mark Builders. His unique ability to capture a client’s vision and transform it
into a reality is the foundation of his work.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University,
and trained extensively in architectural design, Bob personally draws the plans
for every home we build.
Because quality construction and the efficient use of space are critical components in designing a home, Bob closely monitors and inspects all phases
of site layout and plan design. By maintaining a constant presence around the building site and overseeing every aspect of the construction phase,
Bob ensures a finished product that is sure to surpass the client's expectations.
Bob
Hancock is a Professional Certified Builder of the Oklahoma
State Builders Association. He is active in the Home Builders
Association of Greater Tulsa, the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce,
the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business
Bureau. His background includes commercial construction, property
management, development, planning, budgeting, and leasing.
Laurie Hancock

From the beginning of the building process to the conclusion of construction,
Laurie Hancock provides personalized service to each client by offering consultation and advice on every aspect of building a home.
Planning, cost estimation and negotiating contracts can all be daunting tasks for the client,
but with Laurie's professional expertise, these elements of home-building are much less intimidating. Laurie ensures a smooth exchange of ideas
between clients and others involved in the building process.
As a professional interior designer, Laurie also has a unique ability to assist clients with the most enjoyable and most personal
aspect of building a home: selecting interior finishes and furnishings. By uniting each home's exclusive characteristics with the client's own personal vision,
Laurie helps develop a design scheme that reprresents the client's own individuality.
Amber Lee
Office Manager
“The
First Impression”
Amber Lee is the first person you will meet at the Design Mark Builder's office.
As the Administrative Assistant, Amber's responsibilities include gathering initial client information, coordinating plan distribution and working with contractors. Amber coordinates day-to-day office activities
and also serves as a personal assistant to Bob and Laurie Hancock. At Design Mark Builders since 1998, she describes "a family atmosphere where everyone works together."
